Rehoming Your Cat

Let’s work together to find a new home for your cat, with a minimal amount of stress. Please fill out this form as completely as possible. In addition to the information requested, good pictures are vital to a successful placement. Please include at least one (preferably 2-3) bright, non-blurry images of your cat so that we can promote him/her on our facebook page. If you need to rehome multiple cats, please fill out a form for each one. 

McPherson has two great resources for dogs in need of care. If you need to rehome your dog, we highly recommend the McPherson Animal Shelter (for McPherson city residents) or Heartland Veterinary Clinic (for McPherson County residents who live outside of the city).
